I've got java working, ive downloaded the engine as well as BA and TechA but springrts closes anytime i try to run a game

When i go to that link nothing loads on to the screen...it just loads blank

I need help...i've already downloaded the spring engine, and then i also downloaded and installed xquartz. But i've tried running Balanced Annihilation and spring1944 and neither of them will even start up...the error message says incorrect/missing content...and then it quits. Can anyone help me? I'...
