Re: Luaui messed up
I tried playing with BA 10 on 104 Here is what the game looks like. screen00015.jpg The red widgets don't look right, and the health bars are missing. In addition, the widget selector is just a broken small box the center of the screen. Here is my infolog seedship@triple-destinies MINGW64 ~/Document...

Luaui messed up
I downloaded a fresh springlobby onto both my Windows and Linux, and set the download directory to be the same folder. I then downloaded BA 9 and Spring 104, and tried to launch a single player sandbox game (No opposing AI). The widgets were messed up, I had no heath bars, /luaui reload did not work...

Re: Spring MultiOS executables?
I ended up downloading a seperate spring lobby into each OS, but shared the same content download directory, so maps, engines, and games can be shared.

Spring MultiOS executables?
I bought a new computer, and I triple booted it with Arch, Ubuntu, and Windows. Because both linux installations can access the oher 2 OS's filesystems but Windows can't, I'm putting all my games on the Windows file system with linux executables, so the game data is only in 1 place, rather than copi...

Re: Mars Total Warfare - Spring similarities
Sorry if I'm necromancing a dead thread, but I'm really curious, have any further developments happened? Have the devs of that game apologized and gave proper credit to the SpringRTS project?

Re: Building Springlobby from Source on machine with no sudo rights
Ah okay... sorry for my lack of proficiency, but where should I install it to?
~/gentoo/lib is empty
~/gentoo/var/lib/portage is empty
~/gentoo/usr/lib is also empty
Should I rename it from help2man-1.47.4 (what I downloaded) to just help2man?

Re: Building Springlobby from Source on machine with no sudo rights
The compilation failed, but I have a feeling getting gentoo bootstrap running on my university shared directory will be much much harder than getting springlobby build from source. Here are the last lines of the compilation, if there is an easy fix gcc -std=gnu99 -O2 -pipe -O2 -pipe -L/home/rnai2/ge...

Re: Building Springlobby from Source on machine with no sudo rights
So I ran ccmake and set Boost_SYSTEM_LIBRARY_RELEASE to ~/Downloads/springlobby-0.256/boost/boost/system and did the same for thread. I then downloaded wx-widgets, ran configure and make, then moved it into ~/Downloads/springlobby-0.256. In ccmake I then set wxWidgets_CONFIG_EXECUTABLE to ~/Download...

Building Springlobby from Source on machine with no sudo rights
So since my school has better workstation machines than my labtop, I've been trying to install Spring on their linux machines. When I download springlobby and run: cmake . I get -- gcc 4.8.5 detected -- Found xgettext: /usr/bin/xgettext -- Found msgmerge: /usr/bin/msgmerge -- Using -std=gnu++11 CMak...

Can't access escape menu
So I can't access the nifty menu with options to give all items to an ally or resign. Here is an infolog [ParseCmdLine] command-line args: "C:\Users\Richard\Documents\My Games\Spring\engine\103.0\spring.exe "C:\Users\Richard\AppData\Roaming\springlobby\script.txt"" Using configur...

Broken link when following likes on forum
When one goes to someone's forum page and looks at the list of posts they liked and clicks on the link to the post, it redirects them to springrts.com/viewtopic.php which is a broken link, instead of springrts.com/phpbb/viewtopic
