hmm I can't get the 3rd bot in for Ice_Berg_V2, works fine with me and 2 other bots but with the third one I get the unhandled exception error. Works fine with the 3rd as EmptyAi.dll, cept there's not much point in having it there if it's empty anyhow. Anyone else getting this? Nvm, even with it run...

Spreading your damage on different units is a bad idea here, and in pretty much every strategy game since bringing a unit down to low health does nothing to lower it's attack capibilities. But more so attacking the first unit you see is the logical thing to do. Say you have a column of the same unit...

Yea, ran another test with AA 2.11, Whakamutunga_Riri-04 ran fine so I'm guessing it's with water and land+water maps. Also getting an consult the ai dev error when trying to start it up with unit restrictions.

Mars seems to be the only map I can run without getting some weird crash at the moment. Like on any maps with water or FF, the game would crash but the game screen would still stay up even though the system is still responding, it would stay like that even after windows exited and only fix is by tur...

just the bottom left hand corner River Dale has major stalling problem. Think Ice Bergs stalls too, but that's an all water map with like no place to build on land. Other than that haven't played enough to notice.

aai doesn't support water, and doubt it makes any attempt to build anything on the water either. It however does build howevercrafts, which is pretty entertaining when they run up against a destroyer.

Well I changed the value you told me to, and it still crashed. So I changed it to 1000. :D The game lasted about 10 minutes longer, then crashed again. This time, the end of the error log was different. Here ya go: Adding sector 8,6 to base; base size: 3 Base has now 4 direct neighbouring sectors L...

meh, just a small thing since the begining of release, and a bit even more when 1.42 or around that came out. If you change it great, if not oh well. Anyways, about specialized weaponary, given that there are some weapons that can never be outfitted to fit general roles (cg dethcharge launchers, you...

crashed AA1.44

had a great time with aai's ineptibility with water before it crashed, played Egypt knowing I was going to lose my land base, started trying to make a comeback with a group of destroyers pretty much decimating the hordes of units crowding on shore, then it crashed, which sucked.

XE6 failing to scout in AA 1.44, initial mex placement on mars gave me a good laugh too, managed to place a mex in just about everywhere that didn't have any metal. Later on finally managed to center it.

thanks for overly large pictures that distort the forum spacing when viewing on a 1024x768 screen. Now I'll haveta place my res at 2048x1536 and hope the amount of pixels per inch doesn't create a minature black hole within the space between the glass.

.52 http://www.fileuniverse.com/?p=showitem&ID=2445 suppose to fix some crash bugs, but I haven't tried it yet. would be a bit better if submarine would edit the posting like AF instead of creating a new topic for each minor update. However, I'm all for creating new topics for major updates, hav...
