Hey,
today I stumbled upon a "Jauria RTS" host. Does anyone know something about this game? Neither these forums nor the Google index seem to know something about it yet.

No, DoubleLLTAComplexV2 on many requests GargantuanIcyRun with 240x4 is already long enough.

Re: Springfiles map upload broken
When I use "Remote URL" upload it keeps saying "Starting transfer…" though I saw that the traffic for the whole file passed the line. EDIT: Also GargantuanIcyRun (it's on http://api.springfiles.com/) does not appear on Springie autohosts. EDIT2: Discussion with [LCC]jK seems to i...

Springfiles map upload broken
Map upload on springfiles ( http://springfiles.com/node/add/file ) seems to be broken. It uploads the file (I see upload traffic), but then it does not finish the processing on the server. Earlier I got an javascript error "Received an invalid response from the server." when I tried to sel...

Re: spring quiet with pulseaudio?
I can recommend `pavucontrol` for this, it's in the pavucontrol package.
With archlinux pulseaudio 3 I had the problem that spring always made it crash on exit. With pulseaudio 4 this seems to be fixed now.

BTW: Are the EvoRTS autohosts supposed to work? I tried to try EvoRTS by playing against some bots, but whenever I !start, I time out trying to connect.

Re: How to make ZK work on your Linux setup
Only if you use a bad scheduler. Use BFS -.-hoijui wrote:minor adjustment:
the genreal rule for the -j parameter is to use #cores+1, so for a dual core, you would use -j 3.
this +1 will not bring too much of a performance boost though.
Nope :)Of course the ones helping me could have been wrong

Re: Spring 64bit for windows?
Uh it does for certain maps :)Beherith wrote:Spring 32 bit works fine under 64 bit windows.
Spring doesnt use so much ram as to justify the work involved in making a 64 bit release.
http://springfiles.com/spring/spring-ma ... nepicshore This 128x6 map is unplayable for 32bit versions.

Re: When do new maps propagate to Springie hosts?
@burp: the system is a bit complex :-/ files uploaded to springfiles.com gets parsed by some daemon and then, if the archive is correct, it should appear here: http://api.springfiles.com/?springname=EpicShoreLongcat (is that this file?) plasma (which is used by springie) currently polls for new fil...

Re: Trenches not working in current spring
This seems to be a zero-k specific issue, as other mods work (TA tested). [f=0000000] Failed to load featureDefs [f=0000000] Error: 2, gamedata/defs.lua, [string "gamedata/defs.lua"]:37: [string "gamedata/defs.lua"]:25: error = 2, gamedata/featureDefs.lua, error = 2, gamedata/fea...

When do new maps propagate to Springie hosts?
Hi, a few days ago I uploaded a map to springfiles ( http://springfiles.com/spring/spring-maps/epicshorelongcat-1 ) which is not yet available at the Springie autohosts (zero-k). Some other maps that were released after mine are not there yet either: http://springfiles.com/latest/mods-maps Is this a...
