Re: Set Target Y Fire at Ground
I agree with Ares. Please make it work like it used to work. Or, at least fix circle-y. Alt+y does not work for me. Maybe because I'm on Linux. The way I got around targeting the ground was to shift+y, and draw circles. This does not work now. Also, targeting the ground is sometimes useful (like whe...

Re: Springlobby crashes with "*** Caught unhandled unknown exception; terminating"
To follow up on that, is there a way to re-compile spring lobby with debugging symbols on? Or are they on by default? Or, is it not the issue?

Springlobby crashes with "*** Caught unhandled unknown exception; terminating"
I recently upgraded from Ubuntu 15.04 to 15.10, and springlobby stopped working. It crashes with the message "*** Caught unhandled unknown exception; terminating" immediately after I run the command. The version of the lobby does not seem to matter. I tried version 0.224, which comes with ...

Yeah, another account works.
Guess I'll just wait a bit, and hope it sorts itself out.
Thanks.

Can't increase volume with the plus (+) key.
I can decrease with minus, but plus does not work.
Ctrl-[+] works to change game speed, so my plus key is functional.
I think this started with BA 8.02, but maybe earlier.

Re: Is the official server down?
Never mind, I figured it out.
I was using a really old SpringLobby config file (from 0.143).
Allowing SL to generate a new one fixed this.

Is the official server down?
I cannot connect. I tried the Official server, and Backup servers 1 and 2. It's been like this for about an hour. Anybody else experiencing this? If it's down, does anyone know when it'll be up again? Thanks. [EDIT] -- I see 7-8 views so far. Am I the only one who cannot connect? Are there others? P...

Fatal Error basic_string::_S_construct NULL not valid
Hi. I keep getting this error message: Fatal Error basic_string::_S_construct NULL not valid I'm playing on linux, ubuntu, using the ubuntu packages from http://ppa.launchpad.net/spring/ppa/ubuntu. I found two threads with the same problem, but they don't help. First one is here: http://springrts.co...
