Daft, tried the build last night but the build failed from macports. Here's the log showing the failure:

Re: [Tutorial] Spring on Mac OS X
What sort of computer are you running? What Operating system are you using? A bit more detail would be very useful in diagnosing your issue.

Re: [Tutorial] Spring on Mac OS X
Thanks to your changes, SpringLobby is getting past the rasterbar issues, but it's now failing at the last step after all the deps are installed: username: ~ $ sudo port install springlobby Password: ---> Computing dependencies for springlobby ---> Configuring springlobby Error: Target org.macports....

Re: [Tutorial] Compiling spring and lobbies on Mac OS 10.6
Well, I'm now quite happily springing. If you need help testing any future mac builds, I'm more than happy to help. I'm no coder (at least, not in C), but I play stupid user very well.
Thanks, Mac Spring crew, for all the work you've put in here :)

Re: Balanced Annihilation V7.19
Alas, I'm on a Mac, so the latest version available to me is Spring 0.81.2.1. Perhaps that's where the problem lies. Either way, I can /give armmstor and /give armestor until there's a better fix.Niobium wrote:frequencyandsulphur:

Re: Balanced Annihilation V7.19
Thanks very much for keeping Balanced Annihilation going. That said, i'm having a problem with BA that's a bit odd. Basically, I start off with no resource storage, so I can't build anything. I have a Commander, and he's there and happy, but nothing to hold the metal. The resource bars are 0 all acr...

Re: [Tutorial] Compiling spring and lobbies on Mac OS 10.6
So, I've built everything, and that was problem free. The game main menu starts up, lets me select my mod and map but now I'm getting these "102: Operation not supported on socket" errors any time I try and run a skirmish ("Test the game"). Any idea what that's about? Terminal Ou...

Re: [Tutorial] Compiling spring and lobbies on Mac OS 10.6
The error I get when I run sudo port sync is: Error: Synchronization of the local ports tree failed doing rsync port sync failed: Synchronization of 1 source(s) failed Unfortunately, I'm having the same issues, and have been for nearly a day. Is this server still up? If not, is there a secondary Ma...
