Summary0006193: Feature: Weapon collision tag for only colliding with target unitID
DescriptionIf Spring is ever to be a more general RTS engine then there should be reasonably easy ways to avoid much of its physics. Many games have perfectly homing projectiles that only collide with the unit they shot at, and this sounds reasonably easy to implement in the engine.

I mostly made this ticket because the issue exists. I have also been considering how easy (or possible) it would be to configure spring units for use in non-physicsy RTS games.
