Summary0005683: 103.0.1-1244 Vsync is enabled erroneously
DescriptionWhen I start a game with the FPS counter enabled the framerate is capped at 60, this framerate cap is what I call "vsync enabled". I have no vsync setting in my springsettings, settings for it don't appear in ZK, and I've disabled the settings part of chobby. As far as I can tell, vsync defaults to 0 (disabled) in Spring.

To disable vsync I have to type '/vsync -1', '/vsync 0' ingame. Just typing '/vsync 0' has no effect. Using luamenu, subsequent games run in the same Spring instance then have vsync disabled. Vsync becomes enabled on the next Spring launch.
