JCAI is an AI that is being developed by Zaphod. It is quite good so far, and is being shipped with Spring. It reads mod information from a text file, so additional mods can be supported.
Unfortunately, Zaphod has dropped the JCAI project and taken over as lead programmer of the spring engine.
