[BA] Chicken defense needs « again ;) » to survive !
Hey !
Before all, thx for all updates of Spring V87 and BA 7.64.
I have the regret to tell you that actual BA Chickens V2.31 (Based on BA 7.63) seems not fully compatible with Spring V87.
- Chicken panel disapear @ start,
- When finally, you disable / enable it in widgets (it was already actived before), it appears on top-right, and every decreasing graceperiod second, it moves (around 5 centimeters) step by step, each second in fact, to finally quit screen @ bottom-left...
- Why this previous action of « disabling / enabling » chicken widget action, it fu** the advanced player list and names are no-more readable.
Except of this, seems the game runs ok (chicks ok, but not tested until Queen)
I did a minor update, only dependency to BA 7.64 : BA Chickens Defense V2.32 (based on BA 7.64) Available here => http://w645020.open.ge.tt/1/files/352vx ... b?download
V2.31/V2.32 => Tested on Spads, SL autohost, and SL Autohost via relay => Same problem.

Abma has been kind enough to do some updates to the Chicken branch in the BA svn. I will zip it up for you and could you please test it to see if its ok?

Game ran quite good !
lol ... We loose before seeing queen (70%).
Humm I don't know if it's due to Chicks or BA7.64/V87 but sometimes, we noticed some cons refuses to do the building job.
As if they waited a unit to go away to build... While there is nothing and that the sketch of the object is designed to build. This is solved by redoing the order.
Well, chicks players, feel free to confront queen on [ACE]Serveur_II and post returns here !

hmm... just now a con was standing in front of a lab, and didn't assist, I moved it a little, and then it worked. Same with rezzers.... it seems they don't calculate the distance to their target correctly or something?

yeah, i did some updates, but its not fully finished (this is why i didn't release yet), because of some bugs:
- the end of a game is not always detected correctly (not sure if with current BA this works fine, afaik there are still bugs in the endgame gadget)
- the chickens seems to prefer to attack one guy, that could be a bit anoying
- popups / flamethrower / ... can't shoot most chickens (is already fixed in current svn version)
but its playable as most lua error should be fixed.
