I like critter because they are sort of achievement - unlike number like "1789" - but of course they must look cool.

And so the Xbox 360 was born. Drawing kiddies and nerds from all around to experience the jizz worthy burst of joy for every achievement unlocked.

you know, and those achievements are so useless... the important ones like ingame skill and highscore table position are not shown.

how about this...

(lowest to highest skill)

1) potted plant
2) mouse
3) kitten
4) doggy
5) waschbar/coon
6) wolf
7) bear

I think that the winner is inconclusive.

Hmm - perhaps game-specific critters is the way to go? Your rank in each of your most-played mods represented by a critter?

So you could have a BA AK, a CA Penetrator, and a Gundam Zook as little icons.

I still think the most-played-map would be a nice backdrop for the whole thing - possibly with a filter darkening it to near black (or near white if light-on-dark is your thing)

I kinda like this, Licho.

Licho wrote:
For skill i would like something game independent - thats why i suggested animal.

I don't know... game independent? Hardly a measure of skill, then - not that I want one. I like MidKnight's suggestion, though, with unlocked creatures for different things, and a selection.

As for game and mod icons, they can be made. SW:IW has one, I believe Gundam might, somewhere, and 1944 has a placeholder. I would do the top three, and I don't think it is too much data.

Licho knows what he can from your Springie use.

And I don't think we're enabling signatures on this forum any time soon.

Is this something that the spring community is going to be working on for the spring forum, or something the CA developers are going to be working on for CA? Why is the ticket assigned to det?

Det? Thats a mistake because i selected its "website".

And I dont really expect spring community to help with this, data are from springies which are atm used mainly by CA. Thats why im asking CA players mainly.

It probably won't be used on the Spring forums because we traditionally do not use signatures, but I see no reason why none of the other sub-communities would not be interested.
