Maybe replace those handles around the edge with something that looks like it could dock ships?

I always wondered why the sea plane platform had to be a sea only structure, like the hoverplants, couldn't they work on both?

That might be a good idea, but remember that Seaplane platforms start underwater, which I believe is important game play wise, and rise to the surface when they start building. Also: I regret having not yet been able to play Anno 2070. Browsing pictures shows beautiful model art. Very inspirational. Although I better not look at them to much or my stuff seems bland and lacking detail . And I think it's already a texture challenge .
And seaplanes are a bit of a guerilla tactic I think, being underwater and its con providing mainly underwater buildings. Anyway, for me modelling BAR stuff keeps a lit on the wild idea generation, since game play is fixed.

I wonder if Spring can allow them to be targeted by torpedos then. And not by aa while underwater.I rly rly want seaplanes to be able to fly underwater (slower ofc)
And have all units that are x elmos above ground be targetable by aa.
