your model needs 2 colors + 1 large block of team color.

Image
brown would be the team color on this one.

On your vulture I would do the main core as a section of team color and the shins/feet or just the missile pods. Only something visible from above.

I like it, very nice. As you probably already know the hips need work as they are popping off but otherwise not bad.

It's a mech. It stomps things in a probably inefficient but definitely cool manner.

Nice stuff scifi your modelling has really improved. Can't wait to see the completed mod.

Sidenote: Have you released the Excess II mod on Spring yet ?

Spiked: MMM simma down. It's his own concoction. However, it does resemble the madcat mkii from battle tech along with a few other battle tech mechs.

Scifi: Some people have perfectionist habbits, but I think your work looks great. Like others have said, adding some difference in shading between parts, like barrels vs gun, or leg parts vs joints might make the details stand out better. You could play with positioning of team colors to your liking, but you are always gambling with time efficiency when you are dealing with perfectionism (unless you are Smoth and are a game making beast who obviously does gundam at work, in his sleep, and in between breaks.

It does look a bit like the MKII as pictured here, but then it lacks missile pods.

Also Spiked, your pic doesn't show for me?

That , mech is more inspired on the leviathan design

thank you all, its lacking a lot of work, ill probably end up remaking all of this.

BoB: thanks man, yeah i do need to diferentiate the parts,
Yeah i do agree sometimes because quality work takes time, releasing games can take to mutch time.
currently i need to learn to work with shading and to add more interesting parts, texture wise, this is at least for me the hardest part, i can design a average model, but then actualy finishing it in the textures, takes a lot of time, smoth is a game beast yeah.

Some note asides:

Excess II was originaly converted by noruas, i tweeked the scripts a bit, rebalanced it completly though, and im adding converting some stuff like converting all 3dos to s3os adding self ilumination e.t.c, iam in the process of converting all tier II models as well.

So im using Noruas converted tier 1, with some awesome weapon effects made by him.
Though i dunno if i better be making a mod alone than converting but its more of a fun effort than a actual game making one, its playable yes, but its nothing awesome, it does look a lot like TA, in the sence of gameplay.

Btw the mech in the video i was trying to imitate something close to this
