Why don't you mod BA(or use a mutator) to enforce all these rules? All you would need is a gadget with preDamaged to detect commbombs and dguns.

Since a while BA does enforce it actually, unless you change it from default.

But still i have got no answer how does lineage go together with coop? Anyway just take lineage off it makes combombs too stupid...

easy: since both players are the same team ( engine terminology ) there are 2 active commanders under their control, even if 1 dies, the game will continue normally. when both are dead, the game will be over
so it will behave like allyteam commander ends
