i've installed the source-integration plugin to mantis. this allows to close bug reports by a commit that contains
fix|es|ed #bugnumber

as mantis seems to use #<bug number> as referals imo we should use this everywhere else, too... the regex that detects the bug number can be changed, but i don't see the benefit (123) over #123 as its just cosmetical.
when looking through git commits it seemed we used both for a long time, so it shouldn't be hard to just use #...
