Zero K question

I want to start a regular single player against bots, similiar to how its done in springlobby, with a custom mod. I set the start locations, allys, team, race sides, and press start. Not with missions. I am probably missing something so obvious?

Host a passworded game in multiplayer. Wait you said custom mod. That functionality will be coming soon. You can use Springlobby for that now.
