Xta 9.6 (aka landboat release)

------------------- Change Log of XTA v9.6
Flash and Peewee weapon accuarcy increased.
Added some lua, fixed some lua...
Added two new units that walk upon the land.
Nerfed Hitpoints of Instigator back to 810 from 844.
Added two new bombers that tech 1.5 for the seaplane plateform. These Bombers are slower but can take more damage and deal damage for its cost, best used on the frontline, these bombers are not good for passing defense.
Fixed Some Line of Sight issues

Although I am not satisfied with the boats, I need to make wheels turn and tilt add suspension to them, and tilt both boats when its on slopes rather then stay flat any help would be nice to polish them.a

mobile antinuke tries to attack enemies within its range, it seems unnecessary to me
