Thanks a lot marciolino, this did the trick for me. I wonder why there are so many wrong variants of this option floating around and I wonder what it means.
LoadingMT=0 works for me, libtxc_dxtn doesn't seem to be required on this very recent system (tried the same game/map with and without, the result was the same, no white untextured thingies).

I need help. I really like the game, but Im continously having problems with it. It keeps crashing when starting at the point map initilising. Doesn't matter which map. Spring worked till yesterday. Then it didn't. So I reinstalled Spring and updated my system. Also my grafic card driver. It said the latest version has been installed. And I played Spring with this system! Then it worked twice so I thought problem solved. Today I wanted to try again. And it doesn't. Here is my infolog-file, maybe someone can help me. Can you try to _downgrade_ the gfx driver to the working version?
If that solves the iddue, disable auto-update of gfx driver.

ok, thanks, i think it has to do with it i just reinstalled the drivers and just played a game. hopefully it ll hold.
