Pathing in 83+

I encountered some oddities in pathing with a recent (2126) build of master:

Units slow and dont reach their destination:

Units are extremely slow on uneven terrain, check the big basin ramps of DSD for example

Disregard the shading and shadow artifacts, they are my fault.
