RTS is still the best genre of game ever, of all time. I'm just waiting for somthing combining springs control systems (custom formations etc) with a polished game, preferably one that allows a huge degree of player faction customisation

Such a thing is completely possible in spring, and already done to an extent with com modules in Zero-K, what is lacking the most as always would be unique art assets.

Oh hell no. We don't need a DOTA/LoL clone. An intentional clone could have serious backlash. Any RTS can have the fun bits of LoL with proper map design and enough players a-la DSD. It's all about flexible cooperative play with manageable micro-ing.If a mod would swallow the whole dota concept
I've only played a couple matches I mostly spectate. I'm sure any mod could suffice.suffers from a lack of knowledge of BA
