I wasn't aware of this:
[23:39:32] <[1uP]Willk> Yo forb, you might want to tell the Spring Players the first run may be a little bumpy. [23:39:42] <[Evo]Forboding_Angel> why? [23:39:55] <[Evo]Forboding_Angel> what happened? [23:40:03] <[Evo]Forboding_Angel> it shouldn't be bumpy at all O_o [23:40:16] <[Evo]Forboding_Angel> I've tested this thing like 15 billion times [23:40:20] <[1uP]Willk> Cause in trying to install the thing from rapid, it tried to scan my standard Spring folder first with all the SDZs. [23:40:32] <[1uP]Willk> in got there but it crawled for like 5 minutes [23:40:46] <[Evo]Forboding_Angel> fucking unitsync
Apparently unitsync refuses to stay in it's own folder... fucker
So if you have spring installed, loading up might take a little bit. As of .83 this will no longer be an issue because unitsync has Isolation mode, which is what portable mode should have been in the first place.
Apparently it works correctly tho, just because of all the shit it';s scanning creating archivecachev9.lua takes much longer than usual (because it's indexing all your maps). This is only relevant to existing spring users!

Hehe It is entertaining being able to see the amount of installs/uninstalls. So far the uninstalls are all my own (testing crap). I'd like to keep that ratio.
