0000090: Mouse Pointer slowdown on Shift + system heavy load

Description

If your Spring is under heavy load, (getting very low fps, aroun 5-10), the mouse pinter will move in a jagged strange way.

It could be logicall such thing happened, but this wasnt the case in the 67b3 version.

It specailly annoying to the low end (ok, very low end, athlon 1700 785RAM)player, because it happens exactly when "lots" of things happens, and you need to react fast.

Holding shift seems to make this notticeable, as there are many things that display (if you are using a cont unit), when you press it down.

(0000073) Cyberwal83 (reporter) 2006-02-27 15:24	This mouse pointer slowdown happens to me whethere the system is under heavy load or not. Just pressing shift and waiting a few seconds produces it. It happens with both shift keys, too. WinXP SP2, MX1000, GF 6600GT if that helps any :P

(0000675) LordMatt (reporter) 2007-01-29 22:30	The mouse slows down with framerate regardless of whether shift is pressed or not. I do remember that it was worse with shift in some previous version, but not any more I don't think.
